These terms cover your use of Rapid Chain · Bike Shop Finder, provided free by Dove Developments UK Ltd (trading as Rapid Chain), The Courtyard, London Rd, Worcester, WR5 2DL, UK. By using the app you agree to them.

The service

We help you find bike shops. Opening hours, services, brands and phone numbers come from public sources and from shops, and may be out of date or wrong. Always check with the shop before you travel. We are not responsible for what shops do or sell, and we do not guarantee that any shop is open, can fix your bike, or has a mechanic available.

Your content

If you add a shop, report a problem or write a review you must be honest, must not post anything unlawful, abusive, misleading, spam or someone else's private information, and must have the right to share it. You keep ownership but give us a free, worldwide licence to show it in the app. We may remove content and may block accounts that break these rules. Content is checked before it is published.

Shop owners

If you claim a shop you confirm you are authorised to speak for it. You are responsible for the hours, services and numbers you publish. If you add a photo you confirm you took it or have permission to use it, that anyone shown has agreed, and you give us a free, worldwide licence to show it in the app and on our shop pages, credited as shown. You can remove it at any time. We may remove a claim if we think it is not genuine.

Reporting and blocking

You can report any shop or content in the app, or email contactus@rapidchain.co.uk. We aim to review reports within 24 hours and remove content that breaks these terms.

Liability

The app is provided "as is". We do not exclude liability that cannot be excluded by law (for example for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud). Otherwise we are not liable for losses from relying on shop information or from the app being unavailable.

Changes and law

We may update the app and these terms; continued use means you accept the changes. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales; if you are a consumer elsewhere, your local mandatory consumer rights still apply.
