In an emergency

If anyone is hurt or in danger, call 999 (UK) or 112 (EU) first. The app's SOS screen finds the nearest bike shops; it is not an emergency service.

Staying safe

• Phone ahead: shop opening times may be wrong.
• Meet and pay in the shop. We never ask for payment details, and no shop can ask for payment through the app.
• If you are stranded after dark or in poor weather, tell someone where you are.

Report something

See something wrong, unsafe or abusive? Use Report on the shop screen in the app, or email contactus@rapidchain.co.uk. We review reports within 24 hours and remove content that breaks our terms.

Children

We have zero tolerance for content that exploits or endangers children. Report it to us and, in the UK, to the police or the Internet Watch Foundation (iwf.org.uk).

Your data

See our privacy policy. You can delete your account at any time from the app.
